The Bunbury Silos Stage 1 consisted of a Mixed Use development with Apartments and Commercial Precinct. Stage 2 consisted of converting the heritage listed Grain Silos into 21 Luxury Apartments. Stage 3 consisted of 25 Luxury Apartments and 64 4Star Hotel Rooms and Short Stay Apartments.
